Our investment team is it split into four focused teams with a Chief Investment Officer heading up each. Effectively, each investment team has adopted a boutique style set-up and principles: small, autonomous and accountable teams with well-defined remits. Each team is free to devise a strategy and process which best suits their particular asset class at any given time.
We know that our very talented individuals work best within small autonomous units with clear accountability for delivering results. That’s why our teams are organised as a series of boutiques, both in our core business and joint ventures.
