Application for an advertised vacancy
While successful applicants are asked to attend a first interview we always acknowledge every application received for a vacancy.

Speculative Applications
If you wish to send in a speculative application, we will keep your details for six months and will contact you if a position comes up which matches your skills and experience.

Interviews
The first interview takes place with the recruiting manager and there may be the opportunity to meet other members of the team. The interview may last between one and one and a half hours. The department and the recruiting managers will invite candidates who are successful at this stage back for a second interview. A Human Resources team member may also be present.

Our interviews are structured and designed to help us assess your skills, experience and values for the position. Questions are designed to draw out information regarding key elements for the job and the company in general. You may be asked for examples of when you have used particular skills or values. You can also use the interview to decide whether the job and company are right for you.

Other selection tools
Depending on the nature of the position we may also ask candidates to complete a psychometric questionnaire, profiling or to give a presentation at the interview stage. In these cases we will notify you in advance and where applicable, send you a practice leaflet to help you prepare.
